Three Emotions of Wildlife Rescue: a short film by WROEH

OUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR WILDLIFE

Picture

Rescue

All our wildlife species are vulnerable to a number of life threatening  issues both man-made and natural. Loss of habitat, vehicles, poisons, fencing
are all a threat to our wildlife.
Although it is not our main function, when available, WROEH will respond to many situations that warrant a rescue response. We often release on site or stabilize and transport
injured wildlife to either our on-call vet, a local vet or the wildlife rehab center .
Picture

EDUCATION

Our main mission is to educate the public, both young and old, about our wildlife and its importance to our world and our lives. Whether we speak at an event or convention, or to a group of school students, education is key to learning to live WITH wildlife, rather than finding ways to eliminate them.
Our education teaches compassion and understanding for our wildlife as they become more and more impacted by humans and human progress.

Incident Prevention

It's also important to correct issues that threaten the life and safety of our wildlife, whether it be a poorly designed fence or dangerous debris.
WROEH will do whatever is necessary to keep our wildlife from falling victim to fixable threats, lethal issues, bad management and dangers that impact the homes and habitat of our wildlife.

OUR OBJECTIVE

To Educate the Public
and PROTECT our wildlife.
