WROEH founder Dell Cullum has been doing Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation since 1989. Through his 100% Humane / NO KILL removal operation "hampton wildlife", Dell has ignored the "must kill" Raccoon order by the NYSDEC since he began serving his hometown critters in east hampton, New York in 2013 stating, "the state of NY has no right to tell me, that I have to take the life of another living thing. To think they do is simply ridiculous." Mr. Cullum has a 100% success rate in relocating nuisance wildlife. In the past 8 years, through Hampton Wildlife, he has been hired by celebrities, hampton estate & property managers, east hampton town, east hampton village, landscape design companies, contractors, real estate offices, etc., etc., to solve both minor and major wildlife related issues. These issues would require Dell to safely secure and remove various wildlife species in homes and on properties, and relocate them to their proper habitat unharmed and with the least level of stress for both client and animal. among the many simple evictions were other more unique situations that required a well thought out plan, imagination, DILIGENCE, knowledge of various species and experience. Each remediation a new and challenging effort; never the same. Remediation defined here, is safely live trapping an animal(s) (usually a species that has caused a homeowner STRUCTURAL or property damage) and with as little stress a possible, relocate the animal(s) to a more fitting and less invasive location. Sometimes this involves multiple animals and some may be held and cared for while the remaining family can be caught and ultimately released together. Once the animal is relocated, the damage is addressed, repaired and advice is covered to take steps to eliminate repeat issues. Since 2013, Dell Cullum has single handedly, and successfully, managed 813 "No Kill" Wildlife Remediations on the eastern end of Long Island, and has not stopped yet. Even though Dell Cullum is moving to Ma. he will remain available to his clients in east hampton, NY (including both the Town & Village of East hampton) for any wildlife related issues that needs his expert attention.
